    Hi Daniel,

    I can see that you have the same bank account linked to your account twice, once in 2014, and once earlier this year. The one earlier this year is the one now 'pending'. Perhaps this has been your issue? Have you recently tried paying money in to our system?

    Please be patient with our payments team while they endeavour to resolve your issue as placing more tickets in the system will cause your tickets to go to the back of the queue as that is how the system works. It marks a new ticket as the older one complete and the new one as a new problem.

    We have investigated the pending payment method issue and it seems to be a bug in the system caused by an update we have worked on.
