    Hi all, 

    We have investigated the pending payment method issue and it seems to be a bug in the system caused by an update we have worked on.

     I am experiencing the same problem, my PAYONEER Account says PENDING and doesn't allow me to withdraw a single penny, On asking PPH support a rep send me an email to send SCREEN shots of my PAYONEER Account Update Settings Page, I submitted that but no feedback from them up till now, I also received an email from PPH to supply them DOCs like ID and Utility bills that i did and they have been verified,  

    BUT I CANT WITHDRAW ANY MONEY,  

    Does PPH wants to KEEP it for GOOD,      ??????????

    There's a serious problem here because I'm having the same issue with my Paypal withdrawal as well. Two requests to customer service and no reply. I'm becoming concerned by the amount of people that have this issue.

    I am having exactly the same issue as the original poster. I have emailed customer service and completed an online help query four days ago and no response. Had a miserable weekend as a result of not being able to withdraw my earnings. PPH please sort this out!
