    Hi Sarowar,

Yes, of course you can raise a dispute in the normal way, PPH will investigate in the normal way. However money is a lot more difficult to retrieve and for this reason is why I always suggest asking for 100% deposit in escrow. PPH will find if there is a case and may chase the buyer to give money if they find that course of action necessary, if the buyer doesn't comply they can have certain restrictions placed on them by the support team until they do.

    Hope this help.

    Hi Kelly,

    Thanks for your reply.

    - I got accepted my proposal by buyers before starting the project.

    - I made my client deposited 100% balance before i start working

    - I raised 2 times of disputes following PPH terms including work documents and proofs of works through work stream.

    - Each time client hasn't followed any single term of PPH's T&C

    - After PPH resolution action, the buyer was removed from PPH as a reason of his violence. The money was still on my escrow up to 6 hours after the buyer's account's removal.

    - Then PPH dispute team announced: "Dispute Cancelled: No funds in the Escrow" https://www.peopleperhour.com/stream/view?id=12458444 and PPH claims the money is refunded to the client because of his removal.

Moreover, in response to my issue, with a period of  22 days, PPH support has asked me same questions or provided suggestion which are already answered and followed multiple times both on work stream and Support page: https://support.peopleperhour.com/hc/en-us/requests/649179

May be this is what we deserve to get from PPH from a 3 years stronger and loyal relationship. This is what i have learnt from reality.
