hi
I have worked with a client, and his work is done on 16/11/17. he liked my work, but he not being online from that day. and his payment is on escrow mode. now what can i do

  Hi Arpita,

  If you have completed the work and the client has accepted the proposal and everything has been fine up 'til this point in the workstream then document the work completed either as a downloadable attachment or some other way of evidencing and then invoice your client.

  After 15 days if your client is still not online you will receive all money from the escrow.

  here is the screenshot of the chatting with the client, please check this, I provided the complete work to him, he also liked my work and promised me to come after 10 Hours, bud he did not. and from that day on 15/11/2017 he is offline till today 22/11/17. please help me for this issue and please appeal  to him to pay me for my hard work
