RESUBMIT PROPOSAL AFTER CANCELING IT

I have canceled my proposal as myself and client agreed upon new price I have canceled the proposal now I can't resubmit it.. Please help How resubmit

  Hi,

  I cancel proposal after that i can not re-submit? After discussion with my client & give him sample and set the price he agree. Then i cancel the old proposal & try to resubmit. But i can not resubmit. Before me client was awarded the job other's. Now he cancelled job. Still it does not work. I mean i can not resubmit. Then client told me to contact with support.

  Please i need you help.
