Seriously.

Reason1. Seller has lied about his ability to provide the requested service. This was done prior to me engaging in the proposal to insure I would not be against T&C. 2. Seller has provdied work that is clearly different from samples provided. 3. Seller has not provided further proof that the samples provided are actually originated from his work 4. Seller has ignored previous message to negotiate. 5. Seller has less than 10 days to provide 3 backlinks on Tier 1 Websites with drafts, seller has yet to produce a usable single article. It is impossible for the seller to be able to complete their work for the above and the fact its not even with TAT. 6. Given the fact they will not complete, and are also unresponsive, and reluctant to provide further proof that they have NOT misrepresented, my refund request is not against T&C.
