Error while trying to pay for proposal

Hi there, I got the following message while trying to pay for an urgent proposal through pay pal:

'Please note there was an issue while trying to process your transaction. You are kindly requested to contact us directly by clicking here in order to further assist you. Thank you'

This is for Proposal #11430091.

Please can you help me sort this out urgently!

    Hi JP,

    We are looking into the issue. Hopefully it will be resolved ASAP it looks like it is a technical error with just your account or PayPal.

    In the mean time have you tried clearing your cache and attempting payment in another browser?
