Why are your fees not more public?
I have just commissioned my first job on PPH. I accepted a proposal for £250, yet looking at my bank statement I see that you have taken approx £275 from my account. According to the PPH designer I am using, you are also taking 25% of his fee. In the sign-up and commissioning process, nowhere was it made obvious that you would charge me a fee on top of the proposal cost I was accepting. This seems somewhat deceitful. And at 25% of my designer's fee and 10% of the cost I have accepted, your fees seem exorbitant. This is not a good incentive to use your services. Could you not make your fees more obvious to allow people to make a better informed decision about whether to use PPH?

yes, this really seems so as mentioned by Vince.
While I do like PPH site, style, color scheme and esp. that here the posts are mostly real, and fake posts are very less as compared to another renowned site, But the fees charged is too much!
PPH, dont you consider (and I wonder) that you might be"encouraging" people to make out-of-site payments.. just bcoz the charges are so much. Rather if you decrease them people might find it easy to go-on with your on-site payments. -
I agree with Vince and Ejaz. However more concerning is trying to reconcile our payments with your fees is impossible. You should send us an invoice for your invoices as you have taken a payment from us. Every time you take a payment for your fees you should legally provide and send us an invoice. Trying to work from bank statements and your poor statement facility makes the job harder. I believe you purposely make it difficult.
I have been a member for several years and this is now unacceptable. If this does not change I will use other websites that do the same job.
