My payment is not approved by customer support team

AN HOUR AGO , I got the message from PPH, "
nfortunately, our Customer Support team didn't approve the payment. Read more about Invoicing on PPH in our Terms & Conditions section or Contact our amazing Customer Support team.
PPH Admin: Seller please provide proof that Job has been completed before raising an invoice again (screenshot, website, URL, attachment etc). The seller needs to provide proof of work delivery on the workstream to be reviewed by the buyer. Thank you"
My client already deposited the money to Escrow, and left the positive feedback then, I do not understand, why this message? Please fix it asap.

Hi Uthayakumar,
You can leave a screenshot of the positive feedback including the feedback of the work you have done for the buyer or you can screenshot the work/attach the work etc to the workstream and then payment will be released. It is a process PPH moderators have to do to ensure the integrity and security of our platform.
