Job invitation declined

im trying to post out a job invitation but it is being declined. Could you kindly advice why this is?

  Hi Buky,

  The first one I can see you had included your personal contact details and asked sellers to send sample works to you there, which gives you one reason - secondly it is a Low Job award rate (I don't know what this means in your specific case, I am just quoting what the moderator has issued as the reason). The second job it just states "Low Job award rate" again I don't know what this means, but I imagine the moderators mean that they would want you to raise the fees paid out?
