Approved Payoneer account has been put on Pending since I added Paypal

Hi! 3 weeks back I added Paypal as my second withdrawal method but yesterday when tried to withdraw money through Payoneer, error occurred notifying that my payoneer account status is pending.

How is one approved status being changed to "pending"?

I also tried contacting PPH customer support three times since yesterday but have not got any response yet. Can anyone help me out with this as I need to withdraw my money to my payoneer asap
