Payment method not verified yet, what to do?

Hello,

I have a problem. I did input all the necessary info of my payoneer account for withdraw but it is saying still not verified and it's saying to resend email verification but there is no link in the email or something like that. 2 weeks gone. I have emailed 4 times to the contact support but no reply. What should I do now please? There is also no option in payment page to add any document. I would be so grateful I you solve me this issue immediately.
