Client not paying
Am I to understand that when a buyer simply doesn't pay, all I get is the escrow? That PPH will do nothing except 'remind' the buyer? That it is all my 'fault' for not asking for a larger deposit? That the deposit is all I will ever get? Does PPH take a commission from the deposit, so reducing the amount further?
Does PPH at least stop doing business with the buyer?

Hi Nick,
Thank you for your message.
I am sorry to hear that you have had an unpaid invoice for a job. We take further automatic actions to recover outstanding sums for you. The Buyer will continue to receive reminders from us and if need be we will take further action on this Buyer's account if it remains unpaid. However I must add that unfortunately there are no guarantees that we will be able to recover this amount that wasn't covered by Escrow. The information in the following Help page may be useful for you: http://support.peopleperhour.com/entries/23376151-My-Buyer-hasn-t-paid-and-I-wasn-t-covered-by-Escrow-what-can-I-do-
I hope that your Buyer does finish this payment very soon.
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
PS - In most cases buyers do pay so their accounts do remain in good standing with us.

I think my reading skills are reasonably good. My reading of your original reply is that 'we will take further action on this Buyer's account', which does not suggest to me that I will get any payment. Nor does 'I must add that unfortunately there are no guarantees that we will be able to recover this amount that wasn't covered by Escrow'
Thank you for your cooperation in this regard.
