Difficult Client
I have worked on this platform for about 6 years and have 100% positive feedback. Unfortunately I have a current customer who is being in my opinion "intentionally" difficult. I had a feeling before he accepted my proposal that he was trouble but when he accepted my bid, I got on with it.
We agreed to deliver within seven days, which was met, however due to waiting for info from the customer the final parts where sent on 11th. It is now 20th December and I do not think he has even looked through the work. I requested that he sent me some feedback so I could create edit.
I am just concerned that he is going to give me a negative feedback after I worked hard on the project. Is there anything I can d about this. He has not paid yet.

Hi Elisabeth,
I am assuming from your workstreams you are referring to your client Raphael? You have done everything you can do with this client - provided the work on time and provided opportunity for feedback. Remember he needs to give you two chances to get the work right. if he or you cannot come to an agreement then there is the dispute resolution team to help. There is a link within your workstream (rejected invoice).
