Why my payoneer account is pending? and How to solve it?

Hi there! 

I have added my payooner card few months back but the status is still pending. Please let me know how to solve it so I can withdraw my hard earned money.

  Thanks. Now my problem is- my payooneer is added twice. Once is pending, I want to remove the pending one.
