Payment Settings Problem
Hi
I have problem with my payment settings - I've attached Payoneer account but it still didn't showed up and I can't raise invoice because of that. I've created support ticket more than a week ago (REQUEST #661861), assigned staff member (Natalie) last contacted me week ago and since then I've got no answers from her. The problem is still there, I'm writing messages but nobody answers me. Can somebody at least contact me and shed some light on what's going on with my issue?

Hi ALM,
I can see this in your account awaiting to be sent to you:
Inform the user that he needs to contact Payoneer and make sure that his old email and new email are no longer associated. He needs to confirm with them that his Payee ID is only associated to his new email.
From our end if his new email is indeed alm3dstudio@gmail.com then he should be able to use it since the old PPH account had the other email henrixon1988@gmail.com.Please let me know if I can help with anything else.
