    Hi ALM,

    I can see this in your account awaiting to be sent to you:

    Inform the user that he needs to contact Payoneer and make sure that his old email and new email are no longer associated. He needs to confirm with them that his Payee ID is only associated to his new email.

    From our end if his new email is indeed alm3dstudio@gmail.com then he should be able to use it since the old PPH account had the other email henrixon1988@gmail.com.

    Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

    I can not setting my payment account , when I click payment option then tell us mother birth place option in box when write mother birth place found not show
