I am unable to see or send messages to a buyer contacted me via direct message
Hi,
I got a direct message from a buyer and sent him a message with a proposal request. But when I tried to find it in the workstream, it says the page has been done -it does not exist anymore. However, it kept coming up in my new proposal sent, but I was unable to open it.
I thought maybe the buyer deleted the offer, but now I got an email that the buyer has accepted my proposal and has put the amount in the escrow. I still can not send him any messages or view his messages in the workstream. I can not see a proposal being accepted in my account, but the escrow account has money in it.
What's happening? Is it some technical issue?
