Proof of work in Workstream
Hello,
I've updated my workstream with proof of work after getting a request from PPH Admin.
I'm waiting for my funds to be delivered to my account after successfully completing a project through PPH with a very happy client.
I submitted ticket #1123818 and had one reply that it was getting escalated 7 days ago and I still haven't heard anything. No communication, no updates, and no instructions. Nothing.
I would be extremely grateful that this is looked at ASAP

Hi Cameron, thanks for getting in touch, and sorry to hear you're having an issue. Please be assured that if you raised a ticket with the support team, a member of the team will be in touch. Due to how our ticket system works, if you sent multiple replies on the same ticket this causes delays and pushes your query to the end of the queue.
We have taken note of your ticket number and have escalated it to a senior member of the team to look into.
