Inability to withdraw the amount

Dear All,

Hope everything is fine with all of you.

I am writing this post to get some information about the withdrawal of amount from PPH. Because its been 3 days since I am trying to withdraw the amount but my approved Payoneer account is not getting fetched. I also made a complain but PPH customer support is not active too. They are not replying to any queries. Can someone please help me to get a response from them. I have generated four tickets but all are still open and not a single query got a reply from PPH customer support.

If someone can help, please let me know.

Hi there, thanks for your message. The length of your clearing period will be determined by how much you have earned on PeoplePerHour in the previous two calendar months. This ranges from 3 days to 14 days. Following the clearing period, all withdrawal requests will be processed by the PeoplePerHour team within 2 working days.

You will be able to see your current clearing period on your profile. Head to Actions >> View Earnings and go to Control Panel. You can also read more about the different clearing periods and criteria here.
