Where is support?
If you take away the instant support feature on the website, then you need to at least staff your support service 24/7. 7 working days is just not acceptable when 90% of items never get resolved first off.
1. Ticket 1131415 has not been responded to after 14 days after a follow-up request from Vicky. You seem to pick and choose what you respond to as Vicky responded to 1134136 which was created 5 days after.
2. Plagarised content that has been reported via the 'Report' button is still active on the site and the ticket should not have to wait 7 working days - you clearly are not taking fraud or plagiarism seriously.
3. This help centre seems to be a cut-and-paste job and responses seem to come outside the standard hours of PPH working hours.
What is going on here, it seems like it is being managed by someone in their bedroom.

Same here!
My ticket has not been responded since last 6 days.
Client not providing requested information in order to complete the job and rejecting the raised invoice and on the other side support person is completly slient since last 6 days by saying we suggest you to wait.
There is no management to run the Peopleperhour.com the service and policies getting wrost day by day.
Very disapponted at the moment.
