  We have a strict moderation process in place for freelancer applications to protect the quality of our marketplace, and ensure there's enough work for our existing community. 

  You don't have to be an approved freelancer to post in the community forum.

  Dear PPH

  Look at the calibre of freelancers you are accepting here.

  This is negatively affecting your site.  You really shouldn't accept any Tom, Dick, Harry or Zarii. Aim for quality - freelancers who enhance your site and can bring something of value.
