Team Work & Team Communication

Hello,

I have posted a job which needs team work communication, if shall we succeed in finding and hiring a freelancer on that job, hence; we'll need to connect them with our other engineers/developers to install the code into our server.

Therefore; We know it's forbidden to make contact outside the platform, but we have a team of engineers hired from another freelancing's site which are also forbidden by that platform to drag their freelancer to another freelancing's site such as PPH.

So I will appreciate it, if someone could please tell me and give us some advice for any possibility of any way to connect them for team communication eventhough if we keeps every payment and contract within PPH will that be a violation ?.

If it's impossible, we'll still be fine also, because we would just hire freelancers which does not needs any such external team communication. But surely, it would be too little amount of hiring if that's the case.
