    Sorry to hear you're having an issue with an unresponsive buyer. The best thing to do is to raise a ticket with a customer service team so they can investigate this for you.

    Raise an invoice if the work is complete and you have given reasonable time (7-10 days) after delivery and you have left messages on the workstream

    Yes Adam I have done this, the client has gone into hiding, very unfair when this happens, i think it should be policy to get the full payment in escrow at the start of projects and then if a client goes hiding for a long time after work completion, the funds should be released to the artist/ freelancer otherwise clients can easily keep messing us about
