Refunds and Timescales
I have just had out of the blew a refund request from a client stating I have exceeded the delivery date. My offer states my work is Monday to Friday and the delivery date when purchased never reflects this as it includes weekends. Surely this could be updated now or a warning placed on the workstream to check to see if weekends are included in the delivery timescale.
I did tell the client multiple times about the delivery time prior to purchase and now I have wasted time and money on a project.
It would be helpful also if you are able to see how many times clients have requested refunds etc to try and eliminate the risk of timewasters.
