Post project offer showing but post offer not what can I do any one can help me

  Click on your profile pic -  top right.  You'll see a menu come up,  Post Offer is at the top in orange.

  Thank you so much for the last 3 days I'm very upset about this because I didn't know about that but now everything is OK once again thank you so much
