Not able to apply as a freelancer on the platform

I am unable to complete my application as a freelancer. When I click on the Apply Now button, it says:
We are very sorry but we are experiencing a high number of freelancer applications and are unable to accept any further applications at present. Please try again tomorrow.

I have been trying for the past two days with no luck!
Please help me with this issue.

  read other threads you have been declined an application and you will have to reapply again after 3 months

  The PPH message is misleading.  'Try again tomorrow' really means three months.  Anyway, you are not missing much.  There are no worthy projects to apply for.  Maybe in three months time the situation will have improved, although I fear not.
