Withdraw Issue

I have completed a project, client approved it and Peopleperhour released the payment to my PPH account. 

But when I tried to withdraw the money, Peopleperhour just rejects it and shows this error:
Note: PPH Admin - Pending issue with Buyer

How can this be fixed?

  Hi Faith, thanks for your message. We can see your ticket in the system which has been escalated to the appropriate team to investigate. They will be in touch as soon as there is more information.

  I have been using Peopleperhour for 5 years. But I won't be using the platform until this issue is resolved.
  It's been a week since I sent the ticket.

  Community PPH can't even spell your name right.  It's Fatih, not FAITH.  What hope do you have in expecting an accurate reply.  This site is rubbish now.

  Abroy, that has nothing to do with 'Withdrawing Payments.'  Don't hijack other people's workstreams.
