    I have been using Peopleperhour for 5 years. But I won't be using the platform until this issue is resolved.
    It's been a week since I sent the ticket.

    Community PPH can't even spell your name right.  It's Fatih, not FAITH.  What hope do you have in expecting an accurate reply.  This site is rubbish now.
