Fraudulent Project

I found a project and sent a proposal. They then proceeded to ask me to respond to the Director of Projects at Birmingham Library, UK via Telegram. I became suspicious when their written English was a bit off. I contacted the LoB who confirmed that the person in question does not have any association with the LoB. How do I report the project, I do not want to tip them off because they will just pop up somewhere else. Thanks

    To ensure the safety and security of the community, all communications must be kept within the workstream and are outlined in our T&Cs.  Anyone who mentions telegram is a particularly strong indicator of something that isn't a real project. 

    We take these events very seriously and will immediately remove any user who goes against our T&Cs and is seen to be a threat to our community. 

    Please be aware that any communication outside the platform is strictly forbidden and is considered a breach of our T&Cs.

    There was no need to contact the Library of Birmingham.  The mention of the word 'Telegram' violates this site and is therefore a scam in itself.  Just report it on the workstream.  Send PPH the feedback. PPH will hopefully ban them.

    The fact you are new here means you should really read the Terms and Conditions first.  There's been so many scammers on this site recently, but if you see the word 'telegram' - avoid.  Or any other invitations to work off the site.
