Horrible inactive customer support
I opened a case on an inactive customer several months ago, got a single reply from customer service that they would check and ask for information from the customer. I kept asking customer services for feedback for several months, including opening a new case as the representative was unresponsive ... On the new case, same thing happened, AGAIN. And, now the job has ben cancelled due to "inactivity" and my customer was refunded in full, still without me getting and feedback on action or solved case from "customer service". Cost me a lot of time, and a lot of frustration, and completely fell through the system in pph. If this is the level of support I pay for in % of my payment. I'd say everyone is far better of anywhere else. Not at all satisfied with how pph has handled this case (first/only case I've had trouble with so far. But you can only judge on the cases where there is a need of support (?)).
