I waited fourteen days this is my second invoice and they paid the first now when I withdraw the money again they ask for my documents again and for another 10 pounds to withdraw my money. They already have my documents do I have to add them every time and why did they not request them before?

  I downloaded one payment a few weeks ago and they received my id then and verified now peopleperhour wanted me to upload more IDs to download my latest payment saying they would fastrack it if I paid them another £10. Why did they not tell me beforehand they needed my id again before I downloaded my payment do I have to upload my ID after withdrawing every payment?
