Withdrawal of Funds

Hi,

I submitted my Bank Account details to you via a recent bank statement and this was approved a couple of days ago.

On the set up it said that I didn't need to submit two documents for verification.

My Payments section is blanked out for Funds Withdrawal.

Please advise.
