Response needed from PPH Support
I opened a support ticket and they said they will reply within 24 hour, but 24h passed.
I'm posting into the community if any of agent can help me to solve my issues. Those issues are very emergency.
Thank you and let me know if its possible to convert my ticket into emergency list.
(My issue is related to payment method verification)

I want to add that if your raise invoice is not working for payment, address issues then you have add payment method and add billing info(if you are not registered to tax, then simply just add the address and phone no). By this way you'll be able to raise the invoice in PPH

I want to verify the payment. Because when the message comes to verify the payment, I cancel the verification because the picture of the ID card given by the government to verify is not correct. Later, I want to verify the payment by taking a full picture of my ID card, but I can't. That's why I ask for your cooperation. Please allow me to verify my payment method.
