Offer is not passing moderation review

It is getting annoying that non of my offers are passing the review. Email that you send does not say what is wrong with my offers. It just cant pass. I dont know what should I do.

  You have sent me an answer to the mail why my offer is not going through. It says - delete contact details. But after I edit the text and click SAVE, the text DOES NOT CHANGE. It is sent to you IN THE PREVIOUS VERSION. And this is the fifth time. The text is simply not saved corrected - it is sent WITHOUT CORRECTION.
