How do I withdraw funds from my Freelance escrow account and update my order status to "complete"?

I completed an offer order on October 29, and although I finished the work, the status still shows "workstream in progress." The amount is currently in the escrow and not in my earnings. Should I request an invoice request to transfer the escrow amount to my earnings, or will it automatically be available for withdrawal after the 14-day clearance period? I find the escrow system confusing, and I would appreciate guidance on how to update the order status to "completed" and withdraw money from my escrow account.

  You have to raise an invoice after the job must have been completed.

  Babatunde, the buyer has already made the payment in escrow, and I finished his work 7 days ago. I don't want to upset the client, so should I send an invoice for the same amount of £28 to the buyer to mark my order status as "completed" and make the funds available in my PPH user account for withdrawal?

  How else do you intend ever being paid if you don't raise an invoice?
