requested withdrawl on 3rd novmeber and still its not completed by bank

I am fed up of this site now. First they hold the funds for 14 days and now they have started new thing i have requested withdrawal on 03rd nov and today is 8 withdrawal was processed but the bank has nt transferred it yet have asked from CSR since morning and no body has bothered to respond is some body alve on pph or everybody is dead

    Hi Team 

    Problem is Miss sofia should have the ethics to atleast respnd to the queries before closing it . You should atleast update me the status but without even responding he is closign the threads 

    Atleast tell me what is the issue. It used to be a great platform we just work so hard to make a great profile and you have messed it up due to your policies we told you in start not to take the step of 14 days delay it just ruin the paltform look at the no of jobs now and on eyear back 

    Atleast give us what we have earn now you are also holding it please send the money its pending since 3 nov and today is 12 and you have also take 14 days in the start

    How can we run our home if you will hold money for 30 days

    Train miss sofia to close the thread after responding i have reopened it

    If you requested withdrawal on 3rd Nov, it's 11 days on - not 14.  And it's 14 working days for clearing - not 14 days.

    Nancy 14 days has passed after that i requested withdrawal , so in total its the 24th day now

    Withdrawals are processed the next day after holding of funds for 14 days

    after thorugh waiting now i have decided to move my monthly retainer clietns out of this platform i cant trust them any more

    whats the point of keeping an account on the portal that is not releasing your hard earned money . What i will do with this sort of account 

    Yeah the irony is i wasted 4 years here that was my mistake though
