REFUND!! How to transfer from pph wallet back to debitcard.

How is the money transferred from the pph wallet to my debitcard or bank account!!?? This is the second time I ask you!  You are extremely slow to answer at customer support!

  Hi there,  you need to inform your Freelancer under the workstream that you are canceling the project and raising a Refund Request.
   
  To do that, you need to go to the Workstream page, above the messaging box you will find the following option:
   
  Send a Message, Set Up Auto Pay, Request NDA, and Request Refund. Click on Request Refund and you will successfully raise your request. Once the Refund request is approved, the Escrow funds will be released in your PPH account.
