contact des acheteur via Télégram ? légale ?

Bonjour 

Je suis un nouvel utilisateur de PeoplePerHour et je ne comprend toujours pas si c'est normal et  possible de contacter les Acheteurs (suite à leurs demandes)  via l'outil Télégram pour l'accord de travail, et si c'est légal ?  et comment dois se passer l'accord entre freelance et acheteur dans ce cas pour avoir une trace / confirmation de la part de PPH pour être payé sans problème après la livraison au client
