My account is not approved. i have already raised concerns 3 times. can anyone tell approximately when it will be resolved? I am really unhappy with the way customer care works here.

  Please note that we do not offer an appeal process for applications that are rejected. We suggest that you look through our help article on Why Your Application Was Declined and try to reapply in 3 months’ time. We will not accept a resubmission until then.

  dear sir 

  it is a matter of great sorrow that I have tried several times but my applications is not approved yet. 

  it should be cleared to us  the reason for not approving the accounts.
