    Can you not see staff is not responding since last 9 days? And the ticket is 14 days old. I don't understand how the auto close is 2-3 days and your response is almost 10 days. Its not the amount of tickets to get resolved it looks like staff doesn't really care about freelancers when they are in trouble.

    Its almost 15 days no reply from staff. I am now thinking to remove all the links I made for buyer
