    I posted two offers today and I've repeatedly had the same error message as you have been receiving. There doesn't seem to be a way to ask an advisor either. If I have any success I'll be sure to post how I did it here for you.

    Thanks Caryl, I am now at the 14th attempt, am literally copying from existing offers and still!

    I cannot reach any customer service either - will also post if I can get to be bottom of this
