No doubt this has been asked many times, but I'm going to ask again

 

Why does PPH require 48 hours to process a withdrawal request?

The oon ly possible reason I can think of is you do not have enough manpower assigned to this (and from recent interactions) and all customer service

PPH take substantial sums from both sellers and buyers on this platform, yet clearly you do not invest an appropriate amount of your turnover in support staff

  That cut and paste answer does not answer the initial question though.  In fact, it's never really been answered.
