My two payments are stuck

Once you complete the processing time according to PPH their team will process your payment in next 48hrs but its been more than 48hrs now since I have submitted the withdrawal request but no one is able to release the payment and my other payment's clearing time showing 15:32 25/05 and its 23:14 25/05 now and I m still unable to submit withdrawal request because it is still showing in processing, Also its been 13hrs now since I have submited the request but no one is able to respond my quries, I m very very disappointed by the service that provided by PPH to its Freelancers.

Hi Saad, thanks for getting in touch. To confirm, withdrawals take 2 working days and as this is a UK bank holiday weekend, the payments team are not available. Your withdrawal request on 25th will processed by the 31st May at the earliest.

Please also be aware that there is a 2 week clearing period before any withdrawal requests can be made.
