withdraw still pending

I have requested a withdraw its been 5 days still its pending from PPH. Why its taking so long. I am also very disappointed by customer support. I never got any reply from them whenever i open a ticket they just close it without any reply. 

I am Level 4 Cert and i have been using PPH from 5 years. It was never like this before.

  We have had 2 bank holidays in the UK in the past 5 days which affects our customer support and payment hours.
