50% increase in promoting

I saw on another thread @community that the fee for promoting offers have risen from 9.95 to 14.95? Approximately a 50% increase so can you clarify the reasoning as no email was sent over the massive increase. Doesn’t need a ticket to wait for a 14 day reply just a simple reason and what ADDITIONAL benefits you get for the 50% hike, especially since you don’t promote active freelancer on your social sites.

  Hi there,

  Thanks for your message and sorry to hear the impact our new fees have caused.

  Unfortunately, due to rising costs that are outside of our control, we as a business have sadly had to raise certain fees. As we did not want to increase our commission fees to protect our community, we decided that the prices to our add ons including featuring offers and buying proposal credits have had to increase.

  This decision was not made lightly, and we're sorry for any frustration and inconvenience caused by these new changes.

  But will you promote offers via social media? You must add value for a whopping 50%
