This Project is not open for proposal.

Dear Support Team,

Good evening!

I have received an email that I am selected to bid for project  "Emails contact required for company data held on spreadsheets." and I have immediately check the PPH to submit the proposal but it shows "This project is not open for proposal".

Please let me know what can I do right now.

  Clearly shows the buyer has awarded the project you were too late

  Thanks for your reply. As soon as I received the email, I was working on the proposal and saw this message. I can't understand how I was late!!!

  Buyer possibly had worked with the seller before so awarded it promptly.  You can clearly see it's been awarded to someone else.
