Client not answering

Hello the client said he would like to proceed with the work project ,I did it and send it to him in one day. But now he is not answering and I don't know if he saw the project I have delivered him . I tried to contact him on pph several times but nothing, should I do an invoice or not?

    I would.  If there's money in Escrow it will go back to him after a period of time if you don't invoice it.

    How can I see it? I mean I’m new here and that should be my first project so I don’t know what to do in this case

    In your workstream, click on 'Raise Invoice' and then type in the details and the amount and send.  I presume the client has put money in Escrow?

    So what do you suggest me to do please? I’m afraid if he maybe have seen the pdf project work that I sent him and now he doesn’t answer anymore because he got what he wanted without paying

    Did he actually award you the project and place a deposit in Escrow?  It doesn't sound like it.  Did you work outside of this platform?

    He literally told me that he would be looking to proceed. And then he asked
    how many construction companies would the list of the project come with
    So after this i sent him the pdf project and told him that the list was of 80 emails and I asked him if was everything okay or if he wanted to change something
    Bun nothing I received no answer from him and no money on escrow

    He didn't award you the project.  You took it on yourself to do the work before he sent a deposit in Escrow.

    You've been scammed.  You didn't read the terms and conditions of the site.  Probably worked outside the platform.  You won't hear from him again, and you can't invoice him because he didn't officially award you the job.

    Unfortunately I’m new on the platform and i thought he chose me for the work so i decided to shpw him that i was able to do the work fast and correctly, but I did wrong. He was the first client contacting me so i was excited for that and I was not expecting this. So bad
