Can all these telegram scammers be screened before invites to propose are sent out?

I get half a dozen invites to submit proposals on projects every day, but so far every single one of them has been one of these telegram scammers. Can't they be screened out before they are sent out. I just end up having to delete them all and it makes me wonder if there are any legitimate agencies on here offering translation jobs.

  To ensure the safety and security of the community, all communications must be kept within the workstream and are outlined in our T&Cs.  Anyone who mentions telegram is a particularly strong indicator of something that isn't a real project. 

  We take these events very seriously and will immediately remove any user who goes against our T&Cs and is seen to be a threat to our community.

  There aren't any legit jobs on here, and if there are they are buried under all this spam and scam crud. It's not worth the time of filtering them and the risk of falling for one. I'm going to go and job hunt somewhere else. Joining this site was a frustrating waste of my time.
