I don't understand anything, HELP!

Good morning, first I will introduce myself, my name is Florencia and I am from Argentina, the page was recommended to me since I am an English teacher and translator, but I do not understand how it works, I will explain what happened to me.

I got some offers, but I saw that it said that I had to contact XX person by telegram, I did, he gave me a letter to translate and I did, but at the time of payment, he asked me to send an email to a certain server plus , that they were going to enable me to pay. Two days later they tell me that my payonner account is not associated with their account, and that I had to create an account with them and deposit US$70 for them to release my payment.

I don't have money, and precisely in Argentina we don't work in dollars, and it seems strange to me that I have to pay to get paid. After this, I began to see the page more and I saw that first they put the employer to leave a deposit, but it always ended in "talk to someone by telegram" and all the people I talk to on telegram tell me the same thing, that I have to pay first so they can pay me.

Please, search the pages, watch video tutorials, everything, but I still don't understand what the system is like, and if I really have to pay before they pay me for what I'm doing. Someone who is from Latin America, or someone who can help me please!?

  No, you've been scammed.  You really should read the terms and conditions of PPH before working.  You weren't awarded a project from the job board.  You were approached by a scammer with no intention of paying you.

  Hello Nancy! thanks for answering me! I have read the bases and conditions, but I do not fully understand what I have to do, in addition to that, 7 different people have contacted me and all 7 have told me the same thing, that I have to make a linking fee

  The PPH terms and conditions will have made it very clear that you do not engage with people or send money outside of this platform.  They'll probably send you a message here soon telling you that you've breached their conditions.

  If you see a project on the job board with the word 'Telegram' in it - avoid it.  It's a scammer.

  However, for other projects, send in your proposal as described on the workstream.  The buyer will deposit a sum in Escrow.  This protects you. You know it's genuine.  When you've completed the job, send back with an invoice.  Buyer will release Escrow funds and clear the invoice.

  No freelancer works without a deposit being paid first - that's an open invitation to be scammed.  You don't know who you're dealing with.  Your seven contacts were all chancers, scammers.  There's been hundreds on here lately because new entrants here don't take time to read the terms and conditions. They're not freelancer savvy and therefore open to scammers.
