I received the below message I dont know what I did it was a simple project posting?

Could you please help me and fix this so i can work with someone on this project?

  It may well have been Marina breaching Terms and Conditions.

  You can't do anything.  If Marina has breached Terms and Conditions, PPH have blocked the workstream for that reason.  You can't communicate with her.  Probably for the best.
