Hi Randy,
I can see you have $60 in escrow on a project with a freelancer that you've been working with. Other than that, there are no funds in your account. I'm afraid I can't see the history of your payments, so you would need to raise a ticket with our customer service team by emailing support@peopleperhour.com to look into that for you.

I have a question PPH are holding $85 of mine and I wanna know how do I use that (85) to pay for services I want to use on your platform for this new project. Over a year or 2 ago I had $25 I didn't use and at the end of last year I had $60.00 that I didn't use. I wanna know how do I access that money to pay for the project I wanna do now.

I'm not from PPH, this is a help forum and I'm a freelancer here myself, but on the right hand side of your profile page, there's a tiny pic of your profile photo. Click on that, and there'll be a menu. Payments is down that menu.
You'll then have to answer your security question to access it.
I wouldn't be surprised if your money has been taken by PPH. They do say they are not a bank, and will not hold money for lengthy periods. I can't remember what the period of time is, but it wouldn't be a year.

I'm not entirely sure now they've removed the chat function, but if you look through the guides on the Help page here, there should be a support email - something like support@pph.com or support@peopleperhour.com I would think - but check that in the guides.
